Patients
At present there are over 1804 patients which are destitute and most of them are going to spend their entire life in Pingalwara. 2200 Inmates Reunion with family in Last Ten years.

Puran Printing Press was started in Pingalwara on 09-06-1955.Free literature regarding Religious, Social , Economics, Heritage and Health is provided.

Environmental
Pingalwara has its own Nursery , Water Treatment and Water Harvesting Plant, Solar Power Energy plant and Gobar Gas Plant.

Natural Farming
Zero Budget natural farming at its 32 acres farm in Dheerekot (Jandiala) and also 10.5 acres at Sangrur.Chemical fertilizers, pesticide, herbicide and weedicide not used.

Prosthetic Centre
A total of 24,753 patients have been fitted with Prosthesis, orthosis or assistive devices and 13724 Assistive devices have been repaired. The annual expenditure of running this centre is approximately 62 lac.
- Artificial Limbs are made and provided free of cost.
- This facility of Pingalwara is unique in whole of Northern India
- The centre is equipped with most qualified engineers and technicians.
