Its key focus is to ensure dignity, safety, healthcare, and emotional well-being for every resident while creating a family-like atmosphere within the institution. The staff members and volunteers work with compassion, patience, and dedication to improve the quality of life of the patients and help them feel respected and cared for.

The short-term goal of Pingalwara Palsora Branch is to provide proper medical care, rehabilitation, and daily support services to all residents while maintaining a clean, healthy, and secure environment.
