All India Pingalwara Charitable Society is busy in helping flood-affected brothers and sisters. Under guidance of Dr. Inderjit Kaur on 17th September, a team from Pingalwara Amritsar along with Kunwar Vijay Partap M.L.A. started early morning along with different articles such as fodder for animals, some clothes, blankets, dry milk, portable gas cylinders, some eatables, and lots of medicines including injections for tetanus and B-hepatitis. Injections were given to hundreds of persons along with other medicines. The journey was hard from Makora Pattan to different villages Toor, Chib, Bharyal, Lasyan via and Dera Kajlan (Ravi-Par), first by boat and then by tractor.
Pingalwara Charitable Society has committed to people of those villages for motor-boat.
Tractors & trolleys were provided by the villagers.
