A gate built in the memory of Bhagat Puran Singh was inaugurated in the presence of eminent personalities here on Saturday. The gate has been built by the Amritsar Improvement Trust in collaboration with the Municipal Corporation as a tribute to one of the most celebrated ‘sewadars’ of humanity.
