Marriages of two Pingalwara girls were solemnized with great enthusiasm. Sonia wedded Paramjit Singh and Madhu wedded to Mandeep Singh. The Barat was received at Main complex of Pingalwara by Dr. Inderjit Kaur and other members of the society. Anand Karaj was performed in Pingalwara Gurdwara. Large number of Pingalwara residents and children participated on this occasion. The girls were given the items of household to set up their new homes worth Rs. 1.5 lac each.
