All India Pingalwara Charitable Society (Regd.) Amritsar (Seminar, Political and Social Oppression and Fight against it under the series of programs dedicated to the 32 nd anniversary of Bhagat Puran Singh ji founder of Pingalwara on 2 nd August 2024, Friday a Seminar was organized on Topic Political and social oppression and fight against it in the auditorium of Sant Singh Sukha Singh Modern School, Batala road Amritsar by All India Pingalwara Charitable Society (Regd.) on this occasion Dr. Indejit Kaur ji President of Pingalwara Society welcomed all speakers and audience. At this special occasion Dr. Kunwar Vijay Partap Singh (MLA) from Amritsar especially reached there to attend this event Dr. Swarajbir Singh while managing the stage shared his views and said that such kind of seminars are the need of the hour as the coming generations can get guidance on these issues. At this moment Dr. Navsharan Kaur shared her views and expressed concern about the growing power of divisive forces is a very bad thing for future. She expressed deep concern over the migration of the young generation going abroad and their exploitation over there. At this moment, the prominent social worker, Madam Shaista Amber said that the elected governments Should work for the betterment of humanity and not for a particular group. She said that we should raise our
voice against injustice with great strength. While addressing at seminar, Dr. Kavita Shri Vastava said that we should break our silence over injustice, She emphasized that people should aware of these new laws. The columnist and eminent expert on agricultural issues shri Devinder Sharma explained in detail about the pitty condition of present agricultural issues. He said that presently farmers are attempting suicides in large numbers and the present government’s wants to finish farming by delete selling the agricultural land to big companies and the farmer’s will become a poor labourer. We will depend on the mercy of big
companies for food in the coming future.

In this seminar S. Gurcharan Singh Noorpur expressed his deep concern about the increasing influence of capitalists in society and the corporate world is dominating the common world. Dr. Hamir Singh informed the audience in detail about the implemented new laws and the
bad effects of these laws on common man. At the end, S. Sumail Singh put the light on the life of struggle of Bhagat Puran Singh ji and said that the Bhagat ji’s contribution to society can never be forgotten. He said that we should walk on the footsteps of such great personalities.

At the end of seminar, Pingalwara organization release souvenir at the 32 nd anniversary of Bhagat Puran Singh ji. This program was chaired by Dr. Mehal Singh, Principal Khalsa College. Pingalwara organization honoured all the speakers on this occasion. All Pingalwara family was present on this occasion.
