VISIT BY ANDREW SCHEER LEADER OF OPPOSITION CANADA

Today on 10-10-2018, Mr. Andrew Scheer, Leader of Conservation Party in Canada and Canadian Leader of Opposition alongwith his wife Mrs. Jill Scheer visited Pingalwara Manawala Branch. He was accompanied by Mr. Bob Saroya, Federal Member of House of Commons Canada.
On arrival Dr. Inderjit Kaur President All India Pingalwara Charitable Society(Regd.), Amritsar welcomed the guests and explained in detail the various activities of Pingalwara. She apprised that over 1800 destitute, orphans, abandoned, mentally challenged children, male, female and old age people are being cared for in 7 different branches of Pingalwara. She also explained that Pingalwara is also running five Educational Institutions where education is being provided to over 1800 children without charging any fees. In addition free books, bags, entire stationery items, transport facility are being provided to them without charging anything. The entire expenditure of these schools is being supported by Pingalwara Society of Ontario, Canada.
He further visited to Artificial Limb Centre, Children ward, Special School and Deaf School where he actively interacted with the residents.
On seeing the multiple activities of Pingalwara he expressed that he was highly impressed with the great humanitarian work being done by Pingalwara. He congratulated the entire team of Dr. Inderjit Kaur for doing this yeoman Humanitarian service and expressed the hope that Pingalwara will be known in the entire world for these noble tasks.
On this occasion Dr. Jagdeepak Singh Vice President, S. Rajbir Singh Incharge Kudarti Kheti Farm, Dr. Sarabjit Singh Chheena, Group Captain Rajinderpal Singh Director Deaf School, Col. Darshan Singh Bawa ADMINISTRATOR, Jai Singh Administrator Manawala, Sh. Yogesh Suri were present.
