Pingalwara dispensary has an annual budget of Rs.60/- lacs. Apart from providing medicine to patients, this dispensary also provides medicine to the families of all the workers and also gives free medicine to over 200 mental and needy patients every month.

Pingalwara has its own Ultra Sound Centre where over 40 tests of patients, workers and their families are done each month

This centre provides artificial limbs to persons with disabilities like prothesis, orthosis, splints, spinal braces, cervical orthosis, surgical shoes and assistive devices. These limbs are provided free of cost irrespective of any considerations of caste, creed, colour or religion
