21st Death Anniversary of Bhagat Puran singh Ji celebrated in USA

Des Punjab Times Calgary, AB Canada invited Dr. Inderjit Kaur to honour her at 13th Annual Function to be organized in the memory of Gadri Babe.

Dr. Inderjit Kaur, President, All India Pingalwara Charitable Society(Regd.), Amritsar was honoured on 1st September, 2013 with Mewa Singh Lopoke Award in grateful appreciation for her years of outstanding service and dedication to the Pingalwara Charitable Soceity. Mr. Kulwant Dhaliwal Global Director of Cancer Roko movement UK was honoured with Bhagat Puran Singh Award. On the same day 21st Death Anniversary was celebrated at Dashmesh Cultureal Centre, Calgary.
Dr. Inderjit Kaur did a Presentation with the help of Power-point to apprise Sangat with activities of Pingalwara.
In U.S., Jaswant Sawhney Trust established a Gurdwara Sahib in Washington DC, in which two rooms were dedicated to Pingalwara for the Museum of Bhagat Puran Singh ji and Library of Pingalwara. On 14th September, 2013, Sacred Nishan Sahib was installed in Gurdwara Sahib. Dr. Inderjit Kaur was honoured with Mata Khiwi Award.
Dr. Inderjit Kaur also visited various Gurdwaras in New York and apprised Sangat with the activities of Pingalwara. Gurcharanjit Singh Lamba interviewed Dr. Inderjit Kaur on Get Live Channel for 45 minutes.
Afterwards Dr. Inderjit Kaur went to Palatine in Chicago where 21st Anniversary of Bhagat Puran Singh was celebrated at Sikh Religious Society, Palatine and Punjabi Heritage Organization. On this occasion, she was honoured with Lifetime Service Award, for her dedication and commitment for preserving the legacy of Bhagat Puran Singh ji by giving hope to the poor, the destitute and those physically and mentally challenged.
S. Rajbir Singh ji was also honoured for his initiative in revolutionizing the Zero Budget Natural Farming. He also delivered lectures in various Gurdwaras and made people aware about the Ill affects of Pesticides.
Dr. Inderjit Kaur and S. Rajbir Singh ji visited Winconstin Gurdwara and paid homage to those Sikhs who were killed in Gurdwara Sahib by a lunatic shooters.
