Inaugural Ardas of new Branch of Pingalwara
Inaugural Ardas of new Branch of Pingalwara took place on 24th July 2022 at village Pamali, Near Baddowal, Distt. Ludhiana. Till now S. Gursewak Singh Madhok, a philanthropist of the area was running Bebe Nanaki Ashram at that place where old age people were being accommodated for their care. Due to his advance age and his children being abroad he was finding it difficult to run the ashram. So he decided to Gift Deed the Ashram as donation to All India Pingalwara Charitable Society(Regd.) Amritsar.
Pingalwara took over the control of the Ashram and has decided to establish a Sewing Centre for the poor and needy girls of the villages around where free stitching training will be provided to these girls. Along with that it has also been decided to set up a Gurmat School at the same location.
On 24th July, 2022, Sukhmani Sahib Path and Ardas was performed so that the noble work for the poor and needy girls of the area could be started. Large number of people from nearby villages attended the function.
Dr. Inderjit Kaur Mukh Sewadar Pingalwara while addressing the gathering thanked S. Gursewak Singh Madhok for donation of the Ashram. She also expressed the hope that Gursewak Singh Madhok will continue to render his advice for efficient and successful running of the Branch.
She further thanked the people of the villages for their cooperation and active support.
S. Gursewak Singh Madhok thanked Dr. Inderjit Kaur for relieving him from the burden of day-to-day running of the Ashram
